Most people think real estate is a business about houses.  In reality, it's a business about people.

Are you networking as much as you should be to be, building a good solid fan base? By networking in person and on line you get to meet people that can and will assist you once you have built credibility.  Ask for help from the people who already know, love and trust you.  “Who do you know that may be thinking of buying, selling or investing in real estate?  I would love to help them.”  How hard is that to say?

Be sure that you join local organizations, volunteer your time, be a part of the community you are selling.  Put in an appearance and get involved.  It really can do wonders for your business.
